Periska Home provides a pleasant and functional space for relaxation and socializing. The house features spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a modernly equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room filled with natural light. The outdoor area with a pool, terrace, and barbecue is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, while the parking area ensures convenience for guests.

Primary bedroom

The primary bedroom provides a luxurious ambiance with a beautiful view of the sea and pool. It is equipped with a spacious bed with a high-quality mattress and a separate walk-in closet for your belongings. Natural light enters through large windows, while the air conditioning ensures comfort. The room is soundproof and thermally insulated, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. This room has its own private bathroom with modern amenities. There is a balcony accessible from the room, which, when the large sliding door is opened, becomes an outdoor extension of the room.

Bedroom with a French window – Blue room

This room, with carefully selected details and a comfortable bed, provides a warm and cozy atmosphere for relaxation. It offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea panorama. Like the other rooms, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, contributing to complete comfort. This room shares a spacious bathroom with the Grey room. We offer the option of separating the double bed into two single beds in this room.

The third room offers modern furniture and a comfortable bed, perfect for resting after exploring the surroundings. Sound and thermal insulation ensure peace and an ideal temperature throughout the day. This room shares a spacious bathroom with the Blue room.

Office

The office provides a peaceful space for work or personal projects. It is furnished with functional furniture and is air-conditioned, making it ideal for reading, working on the computer, or playing board games.

Spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is connected to the dining area, which offers a cozy space for family meals. The living room, located next to the kitchen, is ideal for socializing and various activities. Large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, creating a pleasant ambiance both for food preparation – with a window above the sink – and for dining, whether in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace, as well as for relaxation in the living room. Next to the dining area, there is another bathroom for added convenience.

Outdoor space

The outdoor space offers plenty of room for relaxation, sunbathing, children’s play, resting, and summer activities. Equipped with comfortable furniture, sun loungers, and a large pool, it is the perfect place to enjoy warm days.

The terrace provides shade in the summer and sunny hours in the winter, while the barbecue allows for preparing delicious outdoor meals. The outdoor area also includes an outdoor shower near the pool.

Parking

A spacious parking area is provided for your vehicle on the east side of the property, with space for 3 cars. The parking is designed to offer optimal comfort and security for all guests, allowing easy access and stress-free parking. This amenity adds to the convenience of your stay.
