All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house is excellently insulated for maximum comfort in any season.

The movable blinds allow for light regulation, always creating a pleasant atmosphere.

In front of the house, there is a pool and a relaxation area. The house offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a reading or socializing room, a barbecue, and a modern kitchen.

Periska Home is located in an ideal position, just 2 km from Split Airport and 1.2 km from the beach.

Near the house, there are beach cafés and excellent Dalmatian restaurants, and you can explore the surroundings through walks, hiking, or discovering the historical treasures of Trogir and Split.
